This ability will help you make effective decisions while empowering yourself and others to overcome any obstacle by analysing your options and making an objective choice. During this session we will cover 3 sub-factors of Decision Making.
Problem solving is the ability to identify, analyze and come up with an effective solution for any problem. Developing this ability will help you to pay attention to detail even in a complicated situation and generate well balanced potential solutions.
