Very relevant and structured training session. It was very interactive with specific examples and real time experiences.  A few things like emotional intelligence will help me to analyse and respond. It was very nicely organised by Shohrat and Shamika. Shohrat’s master-class was aptly supported by Shamika’s energizing sessions and it made the complete session very interesting.
