Stress is a normal part of life and sometimes it is useful. But if an individual is unable to handle stress
effectively, it can affect not only his/her work but also his/her family and more importantly his/her
health. Therefore, it is imperative that an organization provides an employee with aids that can help
him/her handle stress with a positive mindset. This webinar will help employees develop positive
thinking to manage stress effectively.
