Stress is a reaction to physical or emotional pressure faced by an individual. Stress management will help you become flexible to perform better under pressure. Additionally, it helps you develop a positive outlook in adversity and develop resilience towards stressful situations. During this session we will cover 3 sub-factors of Stress Management.
Flexibility is the ability to mold yourself as the situation demands. It involves adapting your feelings, emotions and behaviors and accepting others situations/opinions. Developing flexibility will help you to adjust in different situations with ease and effectively adapt to change.

Stress tolerance is the ability to deal and manage stress without getting overwhelmed. Developing stress tolerance capacity will help you to effectively cope with stress when facing problems/crises instead of feeling anxious/helpless.

Optimism is the ability to look at the brighter side of things even in adversity. An Optimistic approach towards situations can be a very important motivator. Developing optimism is essential as there is a correlation between optimism and the ability to cope with difficult situations.
