Additionally, it helps you develop a positive outlook in adversity and develop resilience towards stressful situations. During this session we will cover 3 sub-factors of Stress Management.

FLEXIBILITY:

Flexibility is the ability to mold yourself as the situation demands. It involves adapting your feelings, emotions and behaviors and accepting others situations/opinions. Developing flexibility will help you to adjust in different situations with ease and effectively adapt to change.
