Self-expression is the ability to express your thoughts and emotions with the help of words, body language, tone of your voice, etc. This ability will help you voice your opinions and share thoughts and emotions with confidence. Moreover, you will achieve emotional freedom and will be able to deal with difficult situations by keeping your emotions under control. In this session

EMOTIONAL EXPRESSION:

Emotional expression is the ability to express your feelings. Developing this ability helps you to understand how to deal with mixed emotions and respond in any situation.
