Emotional intelligence is the ability to identify and understand emotions of self and how they affect
others. EI also helps an individual understand how others feel and help them build better relationships.
A leader with high EI will not only able to recognize and manage his emotions but also be able to build
better relations with subordinates and clients. This webinar will help leaders understand and develop
their emotional intelligence and manage their teams in an effective manner.
