She joined Ogilvy and Mather, a premium advertising agency, after her MBA only to realize her calling as a trainer. With more than 34 years of rich experience under him in the army, Col Sinha realized his passion for training as he developed young cadets as an instructor in the NDA (National Defence Academy) and School of Artillery. Not only was he the Commanding Officer at Siachin but also the Officer in charge at the multimedia center for interactive training Methodologies.

After completing his Msc (Tech) from Pune University, he went on to do his MBA from Symboisis Pune as well as his Diploma from ISTD (Indian Society for Training and Development). Along with being MBTI Accredited, he is also a Business English Language (BEC- 3) - Grade A1 from Cambridge University.
